Ingredients
5-6 peeled and sliced potatoes
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of celery soup
1 can milk (use the soup can)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1-2 Tablespoons butter
salt and pepper to taste

Boil the potatoes in a large pot for 3-5 minutes, just to
get them started cooking. Drain them well. With butter, coat
the inside of a casserole dish. |

Mix the soup, milk and salt and pepper in the casserole dish. Add
the potatoes and mix gently.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350°F for 35-45 minutes, or until
potatoes are tender when poked with a fork. |
