Common Grilling
Mistakes
#1 Not pre-heating your grill for at least
10-15 minutes before cooking.
#2 Not searing your meat. The grill
must be hot enough to sear the meat and seal in the juices. It also helps prevent the meat
from sticking to the grill. |

#3 Not turning the heat down after searing. Result: Burnt outside, raw
inside.

Not closing the lid. You must keep the lid closed or cook it forever.
#5 Over cooking or under
cooking. Use a cooking thermometer and dont guess.

#6 Cooking on a dirty
grill contaminates your food
#7 Running out of gas in the middle of
grilling.
#8 Being a repeat offender
of any of the above the next time you grill.
