spread it out evenly. Lightly sprinkle with lemon pepper to
taste.
Pre-heat your oven to 350°F and place the pan on the center rack and bake for an hour or
until the chicken is completely done. Serve with your favorite potatoes or vegetable side
dishes.
For a different flavor, this recipe can be made
with condensed cream of celery soup instead of broccoli.
